TALICEE'S CARE PACKAGE: Talicee's care package is on its way to TuanFeng Orphanage. I sure hope it gets there. The post office said it should be there in about 7-10 days. I guess I will know it got there when we finally get over there to pick her up. I sent 2 cameras, photo album with families members, donation of clothes, chocolates for the nannies, a blanket and rag doll we slept with and the caregiver book. I put the items that I wanted her to have in a shoe box with her picture and name on them. I also wrote a letter to the foster family. I thanked them for taking care of Li Li and that we would do the same when she joins our family. (I did take the chocolates out because of the heat) A fellow blogger advised me not to send them because of the heat. Never thought of that. We are now waiting on our TA's. Hopefully they will come next week. It has been 2 weeks since we got our referral. We should be getting an update on Talicee anytime. She will have another check up before we get her. I just wonder what changes have occurred since her last one. Babies grow so fast. I hate to miss anything. I hope Talicee gets her care package so that she will know what we look like when we arrive for her. It breaks my heart to think that she has no idea of what is in store for her. Her life is about to change from anything she has ever know. I am hoping since she is so young that she will not have bad memories of the separation from her foster famliy. Many of my cyber friends have gotten their babies this week. They are so cute. Many have changed. I enjoy reading all about them. I just wonder what our experience will be.

looks like lots of really neat stuff. She's gonna love that little baby doll. Trust me. I know a little grandbaby who has one just like that. She especially likes the braided hair.
