TALICEE'S JOURNEY

11 MONTHS TODAY:

We are at 11 months sent our dossier was logged into China. We are expecting a referral this month. If we get a referral at the end of the month, this makes us waiting for 11 1/2 months. This sure is different than the 6-8 months when we started.

We are actually getting excited about referrals this month. As you can see from the previous post, I have been shopping. I did have a eye opening experience last Friday. I sat straight up in the bed. My agency was telling me that I was getting a 4 month old little girl. Then I heard these words "Ask and you shall receive." This was of course a dream. We have asked CCAA for a 0-6 months baby, but will accept a baby under 12 months. So I guess this is why I dreamed this. So we will see what God will give us.

The next 2 weeks will be full of rumors. Actually, they have already started. I have read from 1 week to 3 weeks of referrals. I will believe the rumors when CCAA actually list the match date. The rumors are just interesting and fun to read.

As we get closer to a referral, keep praying. We need all of the prayers we can get. Pray for Talicee, her birth parents, and the Landes's family. God is so good and we are waiting on his response to our asking for a baby girl.
