Miss Talicee tasting book instead of reading

Trying to get bottle in dishwasher

Being my sweet self

MISS TALICEE IS 17 MONTHS OLD TODAY

Time please slow down. 17 months old today. I remember the day we got our referral. Oh what a sweet day. We immediately fell in love with her. Her lips were the catcher.

Much has happened since 1 month ago. Miss Talicee is growing by leaps and bounds. She can say many words. Her word for this week is joe, joe. She will get into the cabinet and get out jello. Then she will say joe, joe. She can say bye, eat, hi, bro, tt, tay, trev and many other words that if we are not watching her we don't know what she is saying.

She has 6 teeth now and is working on the 7th one. She has taken a few steps but still has sea legs. Why would you want to walk if your brothers take you every where you want to go.

Miss Talicee and I will lay in bed at night and just look at each other. I know she is thinking what is this woman doing to me. I watcher everything she does. She is very much a moma's girl. She will do a lot of the things that I do. This may be good and it may not be good. I could sit for hours and watch her. She will do something and just laugh out loud. She is a very happy child.

Her personality is coming out more and more. She is a hottie from Hubei. She does have a temper. She is also a very messy person. She could destroy a room in a matter of seconds. But that is what mommy is for to clean up. She is still only 20 lbs. She is wearing 12-18 months. She is still on the bottle. We are not going to take her off until about 2 because she is not gaining weight. She has tried a cup with a straw and does very well for about 5 minutes and then it is running down her chin. We are still working on the sucking thing. Hoepfully this month she can drink juice from a cup. She is still much of a baby and not a toddler yet. That is just fine with me.

Thanks for following our journey. The boys have ballgames all day and time is very limited. Thanks for all of the prayers and concerns with our situation this week. Hopefully, we are on our way to recover.

So very glad to hear Talicee is doing better. It must have been so scary when she had the seizure. We can't wait until our Emily is in our arms and we can worry if she is not feeling well and pray that she will always be happy and healthy. 10 days to go for us.

Thank God she is doing so much better! I'm sure that was scary. Wonder why they like to stand inside the dishwasher? Our Kailee does the same thing(:

I am so happy that Talicee is doing so much better! She looks adorable. And what is it with our girls and dishwashers. Shayna tried to climb into ours every day.
