BUSY WEEK SO FAR FOR THE LANDES HOUSEHOLD
HAPPY HALLOWEEN
This past weekend Randy, Trevor, Miss Talicee and myself carved one of the pumpkins that Trevor got at the pumpkin patch. Trevor was so excited. Miss Talicee on the other hand was not at all. All she says is "The Pumpkin will get you". She does not like pumpkins, Santa Clause, Nutcrakers, Scare crows, the Easter Bunny and maniquins. She will just stand still and trimble. So I don't know what Christmas is going to be like. She was too little last year to know the difference.
Monday night we had a football game. We were suppose to play on Friday night, but 6 inches of rain took care of that. It was a great game. We finally one a game. The boys have been out of school since last Thursday. It was a in service work days for the teachers. I know, I said the same thing. A five day weekend in October. Before we went to the football game, Taylor had a very important day. He got his braces on. His mouth was pretty sore the rest of the day. Today he is doing much better. We did have an emergency run to the ortho yesterday due to a wire going wild. But other than that, he is doing great with them. I don't even have to tell him to brush his teeth. This has been an on going problem.
Tuesday Miss Talicee had music class. We had a costume party. Since she wears her Cinderella outfit everyday, (Thanks Miller Family), she wore it. She had the best time. She danced and sang and played with the instruments. Then we had a little party. She enjoyed all of the little treats.Today was good character day at Trevor's school. He went as a pirate. I had found his and Miss Talicee's lady bug costumes at Old Navy one day. He just loves to play pirates. We had our trunk and treats at church tonight. Miss Talicee went as a lady bug. I was surprised that she kept her costume on. She loved going from car to car and getting candy. Of course everyone knew her and she seem to get a little more candy. She was eating candy on the way home. Tomorrow may be a long day.
The kids just loved dressing up. Of course the older boys just went as themselves. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

I love the outfits! Talicee is adorable! She and Emma really do favor a lot. Keep me posted on your appt. with the doctor and how your foot is healing. Love, Regina
Great costumes. That is so sweet, but sad that she is afraid of pumpkins. Maylin likes pumpkins, just hates all the other scary things having to do with the holiday. Looks like you all had fun!
All of your children are beautiful! Love the slides. Glad to hear that your ankle is healed.
