NEVER MAKE A BEAR MAD:
Yesterday was a glorious day. We received our precious daughter's information and pictures over the phone and e-mail. We were suppose to get a VERY IMPORTANT package from Fedx today. It was suppose to be here by 12:00 p.m. Well, it is now 6:45 p.m. and no package.
After 3 angry phone calls to Fedx, we will not be getting our package until Tuesday at the earliest. What does priority mean? It means that it must be there the next day. Would someone tell this to Fedx? Yes, I know it is a holiday weekend and tomorrow is Sunday. But, it is their responsibility to get me my package. During the Christmas season, I saw the post office delivering on Sunday. So why can't Fedx deliver my package. Fedx is closed on Monday's anyway, but with priority it should get there as soon as possible.
I have e-mailed our agency to let them know that we did not receive our package on time or for that matter at all as of Saturday nite or Sunday or Monday. Yes, I am more than a little upset.
Sorry, I just had to vent about this situation. It is uncalled for.
I do have ONE picture that I can hang on till the famous package arrivals. Who knows when it will arrive.

Sorry about your frustrations.
So happy for you both! Congratulations!
We use CCAI also, so will be reading all about your travels and experiences. Best wishes - wish we were going over soon! The wait is terrible - isn't it?

My computer died on me this week, so I didn't know you were having all this frustration with Fed Ex. Glad though from today's post, that your package is here!!! Have a much better day and week.
