DECEMBER ACTIVITIES SO FAR
Can you say busy. Yes we are busy. Randy started his full time job last Monday and was home 2 evenings to eat dinner. The other times he went from one job to another job. But it will pay off. The light is getting brighter day by day.
Talicee has been modeling some of her Christmas outfits. She loves to model. Maybe a career in her future. We had a hayride at church the other Sunday. Was not real cold, but cold enough to wear winter gear.
Taylor has been in New York for the past 4 days, so he missed our annual baking day. I will do one with him when he gets home. Tyler and Lindsay came home on Saturday to do this. We had a nice dinner then headed out to see the Live Nativity Scene at a local church. Something that we really look forward to. Then we came back and started our baking. Tyler did his quick fudge. Trevor did his peanut butter fudge. Randy did his cheese ball (and does not like to share). Lindsay did Tyler's quick fudge with nuts and Miss Talicee baked cookies. She decorated cookies until 9:00 Saturday night. She had so much fun. You can see the spark in her eyes as she was doing them. I just helped everyone else.
Sunday we headed down town to see the Festival of Trees. I love seeing all of the trees. Sure wished I could decorate mine like some of these. Right now I have a tree up with lights and 1, yes 1, ornament on it. Hopefully, we will get it decorated this week. We have a Christmas party here at my house on Saturday. Who knows.
We also too pictures of the only 2 children that were home. What hams they are. Love to pose. Even got Randy to take a picture with me.
