BREAKFAST WITH SANTA, BAKING WITH THE KIDS, FRIENDS CHRISTMAS PARTY AND FCC ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY
Today has been a very busy day. Miss Talicee woke up at 6:30 this morning. I guess she was excited about Santa. We headed off to have Breakfast with Santa. She had a ball. It was not crowded, so she had time to bond with Santa. She was all over this Santa. She sat on his lap, talked to him, hugged him and just loved him. I am still amazed at how she loves to be around him.
We came home and got ready for our baking. Every year we pick a Saturday and do baking with the kids. Each one has their favorit item they like to make. Randy made his cheeseball. It will be gone by the middle of the week. Tyler made his so easy fudge. It is really good and rich. Taylor made his sausage balls. As you can tell, he was goofing off with them. Trevor made his everything but the kitchen sink cookies, Miss Talicee made cookies for Santa. I even got to make peanut butter cookies. I got the recipe from another blogger. We finished up about 12:00. I was getting tired. Knew we had parties to go to. Miss Talicee and I took naps.
We headed off to our first party. It was at our friends from Church. Beautiful house. It is a log cabin and just so pretty. She decorates so good for the holidays. We relaxed and enjoyed many friends.
Off again we went. We had our Families With Chinese Children annual Christmas Party. We love to go to this. This year, our crowd was a lot bigger. The kids are just so precious. We have added so many new babies to our group. My kids had fun as you can see.
Tomorrow is another busy day. We have church, sports awards, hayride and
Awana's. Guess it will be another late night. Oh well, the holidays only come once a year.
