SANTA CAME TO OUR HOUSE
The kids began Christmas setting out cookies for Santa. Santa only like chocolate chips at our house. All 4 of them set them out. Made my heart flutter when they all wanted to be part of it. They all went to bed after setting them out. I think they were pretty tired. They had played all day long with their cousins.
Christmas morning we slept in a little. Talicee was so excited. Got breakfast heating and then had the kids come down to see what was left for them. Everyone got what they had asked for. On Christmas, we do not get out of our pj's. It was so nice to just relax and enjoy watching the kids enjoy their new toys.
I cooked a dinner of ham, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, Christmas apples and a Birthday cake for Jesus. It was really good even though I cooked it. I got to have a relaxing bath while the kids and Randy cleaned up. Then the boys brought their girlfriends over to get their gifts from us. Just a nice and relaxing Christmas day.
We have one more Christmas. We will go to Randy's parents on Sunday to celebrate with them. It has been very nice not having to work and be able to get my house back to normal. If there is a normal.
